Drenched Class (aka Group Circuits Training)


Drenched is a circuit based group training workout designed to challenge your preconceptions of what your body is capable of. 


Our bodies are built for endurance; you're tough, you're strong, you're capable!


These 45 minute small group sessions will have you sweating, but they're also designed for all levels fo fitness and experience in mind.

Spin Class


Spin is a 45 minute, group indoor cycling class focusing on strength, speed, and endurance, with choreography designed to work and tone every muscle group in the body. 


For those looking for an intense cardio workout, it's definitely worth giving a Spin class a go.

Personal Training 


All of our personal training services are coach lead by one of our professional and friendly trainers to make sure you get the best out of each and every workout.


You’ll also receive additional support including nutrition guidance, lifestyle change support and rehabilitation work to help maximise your training goals.


All of our sessions are designed to leave you with improved movement, developed strength and an overall improvement of your fitness. 


You’ll become a better version of yourself each and every time you visit.
