Stop:Reset - A Fitness & Health Coaching Program


Stop:Reset is a Tilt program that allows your trainer to work online with you to create and monitor your fitness targets, track your nutrition, provide you with real time motivation and create embedded habits to help you feel results - all through an app. 


The bonus of in-app messaging means you can communicate any questions you have and also receive feedback and encouragement from your coach.


Each program is individual to you. The app links with any fitness monitor you may have (Apple Watch, Garmin etc) and even your phone health app if you don’t have one.

The cost of the program is £50 (per month) for members. This program is designed to run for one month only in the first instance, but it can be joined again at any time you feel you need help to stop and reset again.


Training

Your Stop:Reset coach will build a training schedule for you, including daily step-count goals, and track your workouts accordingly. Your coach will be notified when you’ve completed a workout and all your fitness stats will be shared with them to help you with accountability.

Nutrition

Your Stop:Reset coach will also work with you to set realistic and long-term attainable nutrition goals; including macro guidance. Your daily nutritional intake breakdown will be monitored by your coach to keep the plan realistic but results driven.

Habits

The Stop:Reset program will help you discover how prescribing daily habits can create powerful results over time, from choosing the right energy sources and staying hydrated to prioritising self-care and recovery.
